  November Meeting - Social Security Update and Critical Thinking Presentation

  Join us for two informative presentations:

  Chris Doherty & Barbara Mountain of Cella, Doherty, Keane & Associates, LLP present:  SOCIAL SECURITY:  PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE

  Key Note Speaker: Melissa Smith – Presentation on Critical Thinking: She has developed innovative training protocols that enhance company’s corporate culture, builds on employee strengths and creates an unparalleled environment for learning and growth.

  We also will have Special Guest, Tracey Zinck, JD, Vice President of the International Claims Association (ICA). She has served  the ICA on the Annual Conference Team, the Nominating Committee and as Chair of the Disability and Board of Directors.

  Tracey has more than 25 years of claims experience which includes insurance defense work, workers' compensation, health and disability.  She managed the Other Party Liability Department for anthem before transitioning to disability insurance in 1998.  Tracey has served as AVP of Claims at Disability RMS in South Portland, Maine for the past twelve years where she oversees the clinical, vocational, appeals and settlement teams.
